If you are not satisfied with your Inspivea Pro, contact us within 30 days of delivery at inspivea@hotmail.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and, once the item is received, refund your purchase to the original payment method.

Every Inspivea nebuliser goes through a quality check before it leaves our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue at all, email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo or short video showing the problem. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

For hygiene reasons, mouthpieces and masks that have been used cannot be resold; this does not affect your right to a refund under the guarantee or your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
