What do I put in it?

How do I use and clean it?
Add the recommended amount of saline, close the tank, attach the mouthpiece or mask, and press the power button. Breathe normally during use.
Quick cleaning: a 30–60 second Self-Clean cycle. Empty leftover solution and add about 4 mL of room-temperature distilled or purified water. Hold the power button for three seconds, let it run for 30–60 seconds, then press again to switch it off. Empty the tank and leave it to air dry completely.
