Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made on inspivea.com, operated by [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME AND ADDRESS] ("Inspivea", "we").

Orders. By placing an order you make an offer to buy the products in your basket at the prices shown, which include UK VAT. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Products. Inspivea Pro is a portable mesh nebuliser intended for use with sterile 0.9% inhalation saline. Follow the owner's manual and the saline instructions. Use nebulised medication only as prescribed. For pain or persistent hoarseness, get advice from a voice clinician.

Delivery and returns. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
